Exchange & Return Policy
At SHiLALEK, your satisfaction matters. We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, the following policy applies:
- Exchanges or returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects.
- A replacement request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- A product can be returned only if a suitable alternative is available.
- Used or modified products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- All items will be inspected to confirm the defect before approving the replacement.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper storage.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 1 to 21 working days.
- Please note that some abayas feature random print patterns, so slight variations in color placement and distribution may occur from one piece to another, making each piece uniquely distinctive.
