Shipping & Delivery Policy
* Order processing takes 3–15 business days, and 7–20 business days for orders outside Riyadh. Kindly allow the stated timeframe.
* Business days in Saudi Arabia exclude weekends, public holidays, and official occasions.
* In the event of production delays or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may be extended up to 25 business days.
* Once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and is no longer under our control, including any delays or damages.
* If the customer fails to receive the shipment or does not respond to the courier, the order will be returned, and any re-shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
