Shipping & Delivery Policy
* مدة تجهيز الطلب من 3–15 يوم عمل، وخارج الرياض من 7–20 يوم عمل. نرجو الالتزام بالمدة الموضحة.
* أيام العمل المعتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية لا تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية والأعياد.
* في حال وجود أي تأخير أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة أو تأخير في التصنيع، قد تمتد مدة تجهيز الطلب إلى 25 يوم عمل.
* بعد تسليم الشحنة لشركة الشحن تصبح تحت مسؤولية شركة الشحن ، تخرج عن ادارتنا سواء تأخير او تلف
* في حال عدم استلام الشحنة أو عدم الرد على شركة الشحن، سيتم إرجاع الطلب، وتكون رسوم إعادة الشحن على العميل.
* Order processing takes 3–15 business days, and 7–20 business days for orders outside Riyadh. Kindly allow the stated timeframe.
* Business days in Saudi Arabia exclude weekends, public holidays, and official occasions.
* In the event of production delays or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may be extended up to 25 business days.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and is no longer under our control, including any delays or damages.
* If the customer fails to receive the shipment or does not respond to the courier, the order will be returned, and any re-shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
